About us
We've never run an ad. We've never needed to.
Every job Urann's Home Repair has ever done came from a neighbor, a friend, or a past customer who picked up the phone and said "call Mike."
Meet Mike Urann
Mike has been in the trades for 35 years. He started Urann's Home Repair as a family business and has kept it that way — small enough that he's on every job, big enough to handle anything from a bathroom tile repair to a full kitchen remodel or a timber-frame pavilion.
He's worked across Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding Inland Northwest his entire career. Most of his customers have been with him for years, and most new customers come from someone who already has.
When you call Urann's, Mike answers. When you get a quote, Mike wrote it. When the crew shows up, Mike is there. That's how this business has always worked, and it's not changing.

How we work
What you can count on
You talk to the owner, not a salesman
Mike quotes the job, answers his phone, and is on site. You won't get handed off to someone you've never met.
A straight price, in writing
You get a clear written quote before work starts. No surprise change orders, no moving targets.
Clean job site, finished on schedule
We show up when we say, keep your home livable while we work, and clean up every single day.
No job too small, no project too big
From a single drywall patch to a full kitchen and bathroom remodel — if it's on your list, ask.
